The protecfire detexline system is an innovative automatic fire suppression solution designed to protect garbage trucks, refuse trucks, and waste management equipment like balers.
Our Technology:
Using a single pipeline for both detection and extinguishing, it eliminates the need for electricity or constant pressure, reducing maintenance to nearly zero. Thermopneumatic detectors trigger at specific temperatures (ranging from 57°C to 260°C) using argon gas, activating a pressure rise that releases either the eco-friendly TiboRex Absolute extinguishing agent or powder through the nozzles. These options quickly cool (in the case of TiboRex Absolute)and suppress fires, preventing re-ignition.

Garbage trucks and waste management equipment operate under extremely demanding conditions. Heat, friction, hydraulic leaks, and combustible waste materials create a high risk of fire. To protect vehicles, operators, and facilities, automatic fire suppression systems provide a reliable, maintenance-friendly solution.
The system uses thermo-pneumatic detectors installed in high-risk areas such as engine compartments, hydraulic systems, and waste storage sections. These detectors sense abnormal temperature rises or flames. Unlike electrical sensors, pneumatic detection is fully mechanical, ensuring high reliability even in harsh environments.
Once a critical temperature is reached, the detector triggers the suppression unit. This opens the patented release system of the agent tank. No electricity is required, and the system functions fully autonomously.
The extinguishing agent (such as ТибоРекс Абсолют fine spray) is discharged through a network of stainless-steel nozzles. The agent quickly cools down the fire zone, creates a protective layer over burning materials, and prevents re-ignition.
Fine spray technology increases the cooling surface.
Directional valves ensure the agent is released only where needed, minimizing consumption.
The process both cools and suffocates the fire, stopping combustion.
