protecfire achieves RISE P-mark certification for detexline 4V and detexline 4MC

Lübeck, Germany, 23 September 2026 — protecfire GmbH has received RISE P-mark certification for two automatic fire suppression systems:

detexline 4V — certificate C901649, SPCR 183: for engine compartments of buses, coaches and other heavy vehicles.
detexline 4MC — certificate C901650, SPCR 199: for engine compartments with combustion engines. It also passed the additional off-road durability test of 5,000 shocks at 10 g.

Bu P işareti is RISE’s product certification mark. For engine compartment fire suppression systems, it represents independent performance and durability testing, assessment of design and installation procedures, and ongoing oversight of production controls.

Both systems achieved a C3A classification under SP Method 4912. The tested configuration used 4 litres of TiboRex Absolute for a 4 m³ engine compartment. Installations for other compartment sizes may be scaled according to the method. Both certificates are valid until 23 September 2031, subject to the certification conditions.

Further testing, approvals and credentials

These credentials cover different products and applications within the protecfire portfolio:

detexline systems: testing according to SP Method 4912:2019; E1 – UNECE R107 approval in Germany (107 R-080052); SBF 127:17 for vehicles with combustion engines; and DMT / TÜV NORD approval for mining applications in Germany (file 62.07-2.11-2009-16).
detexline and TiboRex Absolute in Chile: CESMEC validation of the fire suppression system and extinguishing agent (SCA-43613/43614).
Firespy Kitchen: VdS approval S613002 for kitchen equipment fire suppression and ETI 2404, issued by the Murcia Technological Center, for fire protection in continuous fryers.
Firespy Phantom: approval according to DIN EN 17446 for commercial kitchen fire suppression.
Electrical transformer protection: Technical Suitability Assessment (ETI) issued by CTMetal Murcia, Spain, for fire protection in oil-filled transformers.
Company quality and product conformity: ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification by VdS (S 803074) and CE marking for applicable products.
