Denna fl\u00f6desklassning \u00e4r dock inte en strikt gr\u00e4ns; den till\u00e5ter en maximal \u00f6kning p\u00e5 10% \u00f6ver det nominella fl\u00f6det vid basmunstycketrycket, i enlighet med NFPA-standarden (National Fire Protection Association) 1964.<\/p>

Ett munstycke med 568 LPM kan till exempel leverera mellan 568 LPM och 625 LPM vid sitt nominella grundtryck och \u00e4nd\u00e5 uppfylla standarden. F\u00f6r att ber\u00e4kna detta intervall best\u00e4mmer du 10% av munstyckets fl\u00f6desklassning och l\u00e4gger till det v\u00e4rdet till fl\u00f6desklassen. I fallet med ett munstycke med 568 LPM:<\/p>

10% av 568 = 56,8<\/p>

568 + 56.8 = 625.8<\/p>

Fl\u00f6des- och tryckv\u00e4rdena anges med en K-faktor eller ett K-v\u00e4rde. Detta v\u00e4rde best\u00e4mmer fl\u00f6det vid ett givet tryck eller omv\u00e4nt, trycket vid ett givet fl\u00f6de. Det \u00e4r relativt enkelt att hitta K-faktorn f\u00f6r ditt munstycke. Du kan anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6ljande formel:<\/p>

L\u00e5t oss ta ett exempel med ett munstycke p\u00e5 568 LPM vid 345 kPa:<\/p>

K = 568\/\u221a345<\/p>

K \u2248 28.48<\/p>

Nu kan du ta K-v\u00e4rdet 28,48 och multiplicera det med kvadratroten 517 (vilket motsvarar ett munstyckestryck p\u00e5 517 kPa). 28,48 * \u221a517 \u2248 654 LPM. Denna ber\u00e4kning visar att ett munstycke med 568 LPM vid 345 kPa och ett munstycke med 654 LPM vid 517 kPa i princip \u00e4r likv\u00e4rdiga, med endast en liten skillnad i LPM och kPa. P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt ger ett munstycke med 605 LPM vid 345 kPa och ett munstycke med 755 LPM vid 517 kPa j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara resultat.<\/p>

Till\u00e4mpning av K-v\u00e4rde i den verkliga v\u00e4rlden<\/b><\/p>

Genom att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 K-v\u00e4rdet kan du fastst\u00e4lla vilka utloppstryck som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r olika fl\u00f6den utifr\u00e5n de specifika f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden du m\u00f6ter. Om du vanligtvis anv\u00e4nder tv\u00e5 handledningar med 568 LPM kan du, om du k\u00e4nner till munstyckets kapacitet, leverera en n\u00e4stan 25% h\u00f6gre appliceringshastighet om situationen kr\u00e4ver det.
