Or, cette id\u00e9e ne pourrait \u00eatre plus \u00e9loign\u00e9e de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, toute buse \u00e0 d\u00e9bit fixe ou s\u00e9lectionnable peut \u00eatre sous-pomp\u00e9e ou sur-pomp\u00e9e, en fonction du r\u00e9sultat souhait\u00e9.<\/p><p>Bien entendu, il est important d'\u00e9viter les sc\u00e9narios extr\u00eames dans lesquels la r\u00e9action de la buse devient excessive ou la pression devient trop faible. N\u00e9anmoins, il est possible de s'\u00e9carter des valeurs nominales de d\u00e9bit et de pression dans une certaine mesure.<\/p><p><strong>Approfondissons ce concept.<\/strong><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Qu'est-ce que le facteur K ou la valeur K d'une buse ?<\/span><\/h3><p>Le d\u00e9bit nominal d'une buse \u00e0 d\u00e9bit fixe ou s\u00e9lectionnable indique simplement la quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9bit qu'elle d\u00e9livre \u00e0 la pression de base de la buse. Toutefois, ce d\u00e9bit nominal n'est pas une limite stricte ; il permet une augmentation maximale de 10% par rapport au d\u00e9bit nominal \u00e0 la pression de base du gicleur, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 1964.<\/p><p>Par exemple, une buse de 568 LPM peut fournir un d\u00e9bit compris entre 568 LPM et 625 LPM \u00e0 sa pression de base nominale tout en restant conforme \u00e0 la norme. Pour calculer cette plage, d\u00e9terminez 10% du d\u00e9bit nominal de la buse et ajoutez cette valeur au d\u00e9bit nominal. Dans le cas d'une buse de 568 LPM :<\/p><p>10% sur 568 = 56,8<\/p><p>568 + 56.8 = 625.8<\/p><p>Les valeurs nominales de d\u00e9bit et de pression sont indiqu\u00e9es par un facteur K ou une valeur K. Cette valeur d\u00e9termine le d\u00e9bit \u00e0 une pression donn\u00e9e ou, inversement, la pression \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit donn\u00e9. Cette valeur d\u00e9termine le d\u00e9bit pour une pression donn\u00e9e ou, inversement, la pression pour un d\u00e9bit donn\u00e9. Cette information est illustr\u00e9e sur la courbe de d\u00e9bit, qui se trouve dans les documents d'assistance technique de votre buse sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p><p>D\u00e9termination du facteur K de votre buse<\/p><p>La d\u00e9termination du facteur K de votre buse est relativement simple. Vous pouvez utiliser la formule suivante :<\/p><p>K = d\u00e9bit\/\u221aNP<\/p><p>Dans cette \u00e9quation, NP repr\u00e9sente la pression de la buse.<\/p><p>Prenons un exemple avec une buse de 568 LPM \u00e0 345 kPa :<\/p><p>K = 568\/\u221a345<\/p><p>K \u2248 28.48<\/p><p>Vous pouvez maintenant prendre la valeur K de 28,48 et la multiplier par la racine carr\u00e9e de 517 (repr\u00e9sentant une pression de buse de 517 kPa). 28,48 * \u221a517 \u2248 654 LPM. Nous obtenons cette valeur en r\u00e9arrangeant la formule pour r\u00e9soudre le d\u00e9bit au lieu de la valeur K :<\/p><p>K = d\u00e9bit\/\u221aNP<\/p><p>28,48 = d\u00e9bit\/\u221a517<\/p><p>28,48 = flux\/22,72<\/p><p>D\u00e9bit = 28,48 * 22,72<\/p><p>D\u00e9bit \u2248 654 LPM<\/p><p>Ce calcul d\u00e9montre qu'une buse de 568 LPM \u00e0 345 kPa et une buse de 654 LPM \u00e0 517 kPa sont essentiellement \u00e9quivalentes, avec seulement une petite diff\u00e9rence en LPM et en kPa. De m\u00eame, une buse de 605 LPM \u00e0 345 kPa et une buse de 755 LPM \u00e0 517 kPa donnent des r\u00e9sultats comparables.<\/p><p><b>Appliquer la valeur K dans le monde r\u00e9el<\/b><\/p><p>La compr\u00e9hension de la valeur K peut vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les pressions de refoulement requises pour diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9bits en fonction des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques que vous rencontrez. Si vous utilisez habituellement deux lignes de manutention de 568 LPM, le fait de conna\u00eetre les capacit\u00e9s de votre buse vous permet de fournir un taux d'application sup\u00e9rieur de pr\u00e8s de 25% si la situation l'exige. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, les mesures am\u00e9ricaines sont encore souvent utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 la place des mesures m\u00e9triques.<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><span id=\"Unit_confusion\" class=\"mw-headline\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Confusion des unit\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p>Il faut veiller \u00e0 ne pas m\u00e9langer les facteurs K des unit\u00e9s m\u00e9triques et imp\u00e9riales\/am\u00e9ricaines, car les facteurs r\u00e9sultants ne sont pas \u00e9quivalents ou interchangeables.
