Dennoch gibt es einen gewissen Spielraum, um von den tats\u00e4chlichen Durchfluss- und Druckwerten abzuweichen.<\/p><p><strong>Lassen Sie uns dieses Konzept nun n\u00e4her erl\u00e4utern.<\/strong><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Was ist der K-Faktor oder K-Wert einer D\u00fcse?<\/span><\/h3><p>Die Durchflussmenge auf einer festen oder w\u00e4hlbaren Literd\u00fcse gibt einfach die Durchflussmenge an, die sie beim Basisdruck der D\u00fcse liefert. Diese Durchflussmenge ist jedoch kein strikter Grenzwert; sie erlaubt eine maximale Erh\u00f6hung von 10% \u00fcber die Nenndurchflussmenge beim Basisdruck der D\u00fcse, in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit der Norm NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 1964.<\/p><p>Eine D\u00fcse mit 568 LPM kann beispielsweise bei ihrem Nenndruck zwischen 568 LPM und 625 LPM liefern und entspricht dennoch der Norm. Um diesen Bereich zu berechnen, bestimmen Sie 10% der Durchflussrate der D\u00fcse und addieren diesen Wert zur Durchflussrate. Im Falle einer D\u00fcse mit 568 LPM:<\/p><p>10% von 568 = 56,8<\/p><p>568 + 56.8 = 625.8<\/p><p>Die Durchfluss- und Druckwerte werden durch einen K-Faktor oder K-Wert angegeben. Dieser Wert bestimmt den Durchfluss bei einem bestimmten Druck oder umgekehrt den Druck bei einem bestimmten Durchfluss. Sie finden diese Angaben auf der Durchflusskurve, die Sie in den technischen Unterlagen f\u00fcr Ihre spezifische D\u00fcse finden.<\/p><p>Bestimmen des K-Faktors Ihrer D\u00fcse<\/p><p>Die Ermittlung des K-Faktors Ihrer D\u00fcse ist ein relativ einfacher Prozess. Wir erhalten diesen Wert, indem wir die Formel umstellen, um f\u00fcr den Durchfluss anstelle des K-Werts zu l\u00f6sen:<\/p><p>K = Durchfluss\/\u221aNP<\/p><p>28,48 = Durchfluss\/\u221a517<\/p><p>28,48 = Durchfluss\/22,72<\/p><p>Durchfluss = 28,48 * 22,72<\/p><p>Durchfluss \u2248 654 LPM<\/p><p>Diese Berechnung zeigt, dass eine D\u00fcse mit 568 LPM bei 345 kPa und eine D\u00fcse mit 654 LPM bei 517 kPa im Wesentlichen gleichwertig sind, mit nur einem kleinen Unterschied in LPM und kPa. In \u00e4hnlicher Weise liefern eine 605-LPM-D\u00fcse bei 345 kPa und eine 755-LPM-D\u00fcse bei 517 kPa vergleichbare Ergebnisse.<\/p><p><b>Anwendung von K-Value in der realen Welt<\/b><\/p><p>Die Kenntnis des K-Werts kann Ihnen helfen, den erforderlichen Ausbringungsdruck f\u00fcr verschiedene Durchfl\u00fcsse unter den jeweiligen Bedingungen zu bestimmen.
